When I built the chassis I was going to fit the Jag wishbones etc. to my own crossmember (never made one) and I aquired the necessary bits and stored them under the van. On measuring up recently there was not much difference in the track between the Bedford and Jag, so thats why I decided to buy the Jag crossmember the other week and just use the whole lot.
So I now have 8 chromed Wisbech wishbone ends (see a few pages ago) that I don't need.

Removed front wheel bearings yesterday and both stub axles were knacked, looked like the bearings had been turning on the shafts at some time, so ordered two new ones together with the necessary bearings and seals.

Got all new bearings, stub axles, bottom and top wishbone mounting shafts, all new poly bushes for everywhere and lots of shiny nuts and washers. Everything now degreased, just need to do some more shot blasting/grinding/polishing to get rid of the demon crap. Cross member also halfway through modifications.

Spent all day cleaning up two 'pitted' bottom wishbones only to find two spare ones I had were nearly like new under the oil and crap.
