How do i go about changing the model a from 6 volts to 12 and what parts do i need? And before you say it Russ i know i need a 12 volt battery!

To make starting easy, once converted to 12V, stick with the 6 Volt coil and fit a ballast resistor. Hayes manual on the last model Ford Cortina will explain it. A second ignition switch in the circuit also makes a great anti theft device!
