Been busy on daily and zodiac but started on the rear doors. Outer skins were extremely rusted, pitted and dented. Ground the outer skins off. Sent the door frames off for blasting. Only one tiny pin prick on one door bottom. Ordered a new pair of outer doorskins.

New doorskins arrived. After drilling the hole for the handle i cleaned and prepped them for a coat of epoxy primer. Old versus new. Already painted the inner frames and changed the lock mounting from a piece of timber to steel. Next job is a bit of sound deadening inside and fit the 2 pieces together.

Only doing the body now because I'm building the chassis from scratch and cannot afford the wheels and engine/gearbox i need to work out all my dimensions. Plus it needs some strength putting in it before i remove it from the old chassis.
