So Billing behind, I st to on a cookery lesson tonight. Take one Morrisons £3.99 bakingtray and sand blast it.. Remove the edges. Edge up the sides with the grinder and make a card template that just fits inside the widest opening end and offer up to the door. Centre up with a measure, draw round the template and spend an hour looking for cutting discs!!!! Once said discs have been located cut the panel and remove the section. Offer up the tray and file down door edges for final fit. Tack weld into place lightly, the panel is quite thin so too much heat and itd distort or blow through. Continue round the edges filling in spaces as you go round. Tape the outer corner. Usingfiberglass apply to the seam edge from the inside of the door, press well in to stretch the tape. Once set apply a thin skin to the outside. Find plate and offer up Find D A and sand. Cover in primer and finish on Saturday. Hey presto instant Frenched Number Plate.
